1. Read the material first
The test is based on Sverige i fokus. Read one chapter at a time and listen to the audio file for the same chapter when you commute. It is free on uhr.se. No practice service can replace the material.

2. Find out where you stand
Do 15 questions here before you start studying. Then you will see which chapters are weak, and you will not need to spend time on what you already know.
3. Practice your weakest chapters
Start with the chapter that went worst. Read the explanation after each question, in your own language if you want. Questions you get wrong will come back until you know them.
4. Practice the words
The test is in Swedish. Most mistakes are not because people lack facts, but because they do not understand a word in the question. The word list on My page has the words that come up often in the material, with audio and quizzes.
5. Take a timed test
When you know the chapters well, try test mode: 60 questions in a row, 90 minutes, no explanations until the end. Also do one paper booklet. The real test is written on paper, and it feels different from a screen.
6. Set a date
Enter your test date on My page and set a daily goal. Ten questions a day for six weeks is over four hundred questions.
We count 80 percent correct in test mode as ready. That is our own limit, not UHR's. UHR has not published what is needed to pass.
Common questions
- How long does it take to get ready?
- It depends on where you start. Do the first 15 questions and you will see. Many people need a few weeks for the words and chapters they do not know.
- Is it enough to just do practice questions?
- No. Read Sverige i fokus first. The questions check that you know the material, they do not teach it to you.
